Plenty of behind the scenes jobs as well as supporting officers and staff going through difficult times:

• Updating news pages

• Updating site with outcomes of police employment cases on our website.

• Attending police employment tribunal cases either observing from the public gallery or sitting with a claimant for support (Out of pocket expenses paid (travel, accom, food).

• Supporting victims of domestic abuse alongside professional support workers such as IDVAs

(Many officers and members of police staff attend employment tribunals whilst unwell and unrepresented having been unable to have their cases funded by a union or the police federation, some may not be a member of a union or the police federation for whatever reason).
